We are delighted that ColegauCymru has partnered with Row Britannia.
Our aspiration is that every college in the UK takes on their own fundraising activity for Sport Relief and raises £3,000. By registering with us, we are combining those 450 (potential) targets and bringing communities and students throughout the UK together. We know that fundraising will be challenging and therefore universities and colleges have been encouraged to work together, perhaps merge their local fundraising targets, and support each other as they invite their local businesses and communities to support them.
"Colleges in Wales are taking an active role in developing new interventions that promote positive mental health and improved wellbeing of learners through participation in sport and physical activity. The Row Britannia challenge presents a great opportunity for colleges and their learners to engage in a physical challenge, helping to build confidence and raise awareness of mental health issues among young people in Wales."
