We are delighted that Sport Wales are continuing to support BRIT and are championing the annual BRIT Challenge.
Our aspiration is that every university and college in Wales embraces the BRIT Challenge, enters teams and encourages their students and staff to take part.
We are sincerely grateful to Brian Davies, Acting Chief Executive of Sport Wales, for endorsing our annual BRIT Challenge and to Bob Phillips, Corporate Communications Officer at Sport Wales, for all his help and support.
“Sport Wales is delighted to endorse The British Inspiration Trust’s annual BRIT Challenge which offers the opportunity for Welsh university and college teams to raise funds for local, regional or national charities, alongside BRIT.
Unfortunately, for many young adults, the pandemic has triggered mental health conditions or exacerbated existing ones. We know that sport and physical activity can be very effective in helping to maintain or improve mental health, so we’re pleased to support this positive initiative for students to get involved in. Not only will they benefit personally from taking part, but they’ll also help raise funds for a whole range of charities who deliver vital support.
Good luck to all of the Welsh university and college teams taking on the BRIT Challenge this year.”
