We are inviting British Sporting Icons throughout the UK to visit a university or college, with us, that they are affiliated to, attended or live/work near to. We are asking them to inspire, thank and encourage students as they complete their fundraising activity for Sport Relief.
Sport Wales are going to assist with a Call to Action and invite British and Welsh Sporting Icons to support Row Britannia.
“Sport Wales is delighted to endorse Row Britannia’s inspiring initiative for students and young people. Mental Health affects us all and we will invite and encourage our British and Welsh Sporting Icons, who understand the importance of good mental health, fitness and wellbeing, to visit Row Britannia’s Host Locations and spend time with students and staff. Lending their voices and support will undoubtedly raise positive awareness and encourage fundraising within communities”.
